Warranty and Returns: All Ravean heated apparel comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues with your Ravean product within 1 year of purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and we will happily repair or replace the item free of charge.
Ravean also accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a return and we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Product Use: Ravean heated jackets, coats, gloves and other products are designed for safe, comfortable warmth during outdoor activities and everyday use. Please review all safety guidelines and product instructions before use. Do not wear Ravean products against bare skin and avoid prolonged direct contact with the heating elements. Ravean is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from improper product use.
